Customer Service is the assistance and advice provided by a company to people who buy or use its products or services before, during, and after a purchase. Customer Service training provides opportunities for students to actively explore the qualities of effective customer service, build relevant knowledge and skills, and identify essential work habits required on the job. This course features activities to help prepare students for the workplace including SHSM sector-related case studies, personal skills tracking and mock interviews, and how to help resolve customer complaints.
This interactive course is designed to include unique features to provide an authentic, relevant learning experience for Specialist High Skills Major students. Sector-specific content and sector-related skill-building activities allow SHSM students to learn about customer service through scenarios and case studies related to their interests.
