The Leadership Skills training program explores the qualities and work habits of effective leaders. Through the discovery of skills and strategies employed by successful leaders, students can become more aware of their own strengths and can identify areas for further development.

This interactive course is designed to include unique features to provide an authentic, relevant learning experience for Specialist High Skills Major students. Sector-specific content and sector-related skill-building activities allow SHSM students to learn about effective leadership through scenarios and case studies related to their interests.
