SHSM Conflict Resolution

Description

Conflict can exist in a situation where people’s opinions, ideas, and feelings are against each other. Conflict resolution is the process of finding a solution to a conflict in a collaborative manner that leads to an action plan. Conflict Resolution training allows students to actively learn what triggers conflict, strategies for effectively dealing with conflicts, and how to develop mutually agreeable solutions in their daily lives, in the workplace, and in the world around them.

This interactive course is designed to include unique features to provide an authentic, relevant learning experience for Specialist High Skills Major students. Sector-specific content and sector-related skill-building activities allow SHSM students to learn about conflict resolution through scenarios and case studies related to their interests.
