48-hour cancellation
Bookings are fully refundable up to 48 hours before the course starts. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.
WSIB clearance
Companies sending students to courses with practical components must provide proof of WSIB clearance.
Full attendance
Students must attend the full course to receive a certificate and training card. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean denied entry.
Names on the booking
Bookings are non-transferable. Booking for others? Enter each student’s full name in the Notes section.
