A Physical Demands Analysis (PDA) is a documented analysis of all of the physical characteristics inherent to a specific job. This can include frequency, duration, forces, postures and environmental factors. PDAs are often used to communicate job requirements to the WSIB and health care providers for use in job matching and the accommodation of injured workers.
Having current PDAs on file can help expedite and facilitate a return to work case.
A PDA developed by one of our team of skilled kinesiologists will provide you with the information required to prepare a modified work program or hire for a new position.
